1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for future updates!

4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. AJ Fashions is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate the matter promptly.
